Mr. Bond primarily represents individuals, businesses and owners in general business matters and litigation in Washington and Idaho. He has represented general contractors, subcontractors, specialty contractors, owners, multi-billion dollar publicly traded corporations, closely held businesses, manufacturers, physicians, farmers, restaurateurs, investors, boat builders, veterinarians, advertising agencies, insurance agencies, and car dealers, among others.
Mr. Bond understands businesses and the necessity of balancing the need to prevent disputes with aggressively prosecuting and defending claims, when necessary. He takes pride in having an extensive network of friends and colleagues with extensive experience in various areas of law and business. Mr. Bond works diligently to resolve business or contract disputes quickly and efficiently, however, when resolution is not possible, he vigorously and aggressively represents his clients throughout the litigation process from the commencement of the action through appeal, if necessary.
